I'm a general manager, software entrepreneur and investor. My focus includes marketing, product development, innovation, and business strategy.
I'm currently VP enterprise marketing at LinkedIn, where we connect people and talent with opportunity at massive scale. Prior to LinkedIn, I was CEO and Co-Founder of Optify, a Seattle-based inbound marketing software company providing hosted, easy-to-use applications for B2B marketers, and remain Chairman.
As a venture capitalist and advisor I've worked with seed-stage companies (AdReady, Mixpo, Motive, Listen.com) and helped build businesses for global enterprises including Microsoft and Thomson Reuters. I started my career at McKinsey.
