I've found that one IronMan race every year keeps me sane and focussed. A few other races in the mix keep me on track. Work is demanding but the design and events industry is the best and a great outlet for creativity. Running two companies and being on the board of others means I have to be in touch most of the time - but that's good. Challenge is rewarding and adventure fishing somewhere interesting in the world is always huge fun and a great way to see new parts of the world.
