Dr. Bill's adventurous spirit makes him refreshing. His exceptional academic training and clinical experience leaves patients grateful. Raised in a small Virginia farm town, Dr. Bill worked during high school: as a farmhand; loading dog feed; mowing church lawns and pumping gas. He used
