1. The classification of hurdles to success, viz., cognitive, resources,
motivational, and political, along with their respectivetipping point
recommendations, werea paradigm shiftin my views on leadership.

This is quite a confidence booster to trustthe process and refrain
fromovercorrecting decisions.

1. Concentrate resources on areas that are in most need and are likely to
bring in the most pay-offs.

decision making.

1. I will map resources to action plans based on the expected value of
outcomes. E.g.: Time will be assigned to tasks that matter the most to
institution and self.
2. The top five focus points listed will be discussed with the HOD and the
Principal, for aligning them with institutional needs. 95% of the daily
actions will be focused on these points using six-box-to-do-list.
3. I will attempt to take quality decisions quickly by focusing on
enterprise-level value. I will stay awareof institutional/Departmental
development plans by constant discussions with theleadership.
