My current work focuses on helping organizations understand how to efficiently customize Architecture Frameworks like TOGAF to increase their business agility using the enterprise modeling standards such as the Open Group’s ArchiMate and the OMG's Business Architecture, BMM and UML as well as the Agile RUP, Scrum or IBM’s Disciplined Agile Delivery(DAD) Methodologies depending on the context.
