Bill is of both Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island descent, with 41 years of working experience in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Affairs in Queensland and the Northern Territory.
Recent background has been in developing and delivering education and training options for Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and CALD communities. His achievements in training have been recognized throughout RTOs nationally and TAFE Qld sector to which he was employed as both a Head of School and Senior Project Development Officer.
