I am leading the team development and change management practice in the Bay Area at the Strayer Consulting Group. I have been an entrepreneur directly involved in 5 startups (and have advised dozens more) over the past 20 years and continue to work with entrepreneurs and their teams and investors.
The Strayer Consulting Group specializes in Organizational Development in late stage private companies, investment groups (VC and PE funds), and smaller public companies that are accelerating their growth non-organically through acquisition. We help executives and teams navigate change and transitions with less pain and less risk.
