After nearly thirty years as a Technical Services professional with experience managing programs and direct user support, I am changing direction. My experience in the development, management and technical support of a variety of hardware and software combined with my experience in jungle environments (from Vietnam to the present) have prepared me to deploy technology solutions into the most hostile environments on Earth.
