A third born in a family of 8 (2 girls and 6 boys), trained in Information & Library Sciences (Masters), Agriculture (Agronomy) at MSc level, Agricultural Mechanization (Diploma), I am now doing an MBA - final year. Married with three children (Marther, Hubert and Herman). After serving for the Ministry of Agriculture in the Department of Research & Development for more than 30 years, seconded to serve at the SADC Plant Genetic Resources Centre in Lusaka, Zambia, as a Senior Program Officer responsible for Information and Communications.
