Acharya Arun Prakash brings together both a mastery of advanced yogic practices as well as a deep understanding of the physical, philosophical and spiritual underpinnings of yoga. Trained in the gurukula tradition from the age of seven, he is also a graduate of the Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha.
