Up Coaching provides coaching services to people both on a one to one level or alongside personal development progammes within organisations.

What drives me is facilitating change within the people I work with. We work together to their agenda; whatever they want to bring to the coaching relationship, be it career development, developing business ideas, gaining clarity, work/life balance, maintaining and developing healthy client relationships, effective selling and presentation skills, amongst many others.

I use a mix of coaching specific and NLP techniques with rapport and intuition to help challenge limiting beliefs to turn around negative behaviour into positive action.
