Worked at several universities in the past as instructional designer and LMS, web conferencing, and other SAS software administrator. Worked with video and audio creation and streaming. Created several websites, developed and conducted training for faculty, staff, and students; Also developed and implemented training for the military and private sector. Trained faculty to use conferencing software in the classroom and as virtual office hours, using Wikis in the office to increase productivity, and implementing databases in increase office accuracy.
