Gonchigdorj Ochir is a Mining Engineer with a BSc Eng from the Mining Engineering School - Mongolian University of Science and Technology. He has gained operational and technical experience at Mining Research and Training Center, SouthGobi Sands (coal) mine, Grand Power and at various coal projects.
At Mining Research and Training center he was employed as a project engineer where his responsibilities included doing mining pit optimization, economical calculation, financial calculation, designing mining pits, waste dumps, hauls roads for many projects.
