I have a vast array of skills that include helping to establish Mentor Model for the State of New Jersey Department of Education (DOE) , New Jersey Education Association (NJEA) as well as my local district. I also was a pioneer in the collaborative education team teaching model / peer coaching model, and professional development opportunities for preservice and current teachers state wide while serving on the NJEA Professional Development Committee.
