Brandon Cherry serves as the Market Leader for Hay Group's West Coast operations.  Brandon works closely with Boards, management and human resources executives on strategies that are designed to align with an organization's business strategy.  Brandon also leads the West Coast executive compensation practice and is part of Hay Group’s IPO advisory services team.  His responsibilities include ensuring organizations operating along the West Coast have access to Hay Group’s full suite of services and tools.  

Prior to joining Hay Group, Brandon co-founded Presidio Pay Advisors.
