I have spent the last 2 years researching social media for nonprofits and developing a social media strategy for the Joseph Rowntree Foundation (JRF), one of the largest social policy research organisations in the UK. JRF now has 40 employees on Twitter including the Chief Exec, Directors and Policy & Research Managers.
