Serves as Chief, Program & Budget Division, with responsibility for budgeting, controlling, and administering the use of appropriated funds, to include authorizing the use of such funds by the program directors for the accomplishment of approved programs. Serves as principal adviser to the Director, Resource Management (DRM) on all budgetary matters.
