I started my career as a front-end developer, in 2008, and since then I am in love with my work.
After a while, I had the opportunity to manage a competent team of front-end developers with most various profiles at Ogilvy Recife. My responsibilities were to ensure quality, code inspection, solve critical jobs, evaluate performance and make a good environment so they could achieve full potential.
In the end of 2011, still at Ogilvy Recife, I became a project manager. My main challenge was to make a cross between the clients' necessities, company’s business solutions and the current technologies to solve any kind of problem.
