Bruno Paschoal is an empirical researcher in law and public policy. He received his LL.B at University of São Paulo in 2009 and his LL.M in Law and Development at Fundação Getúlio Vargas in 2012 and a MPP at the Hertie School of Governance in 2015.
Bruno is also a cultural entrepreneur, having produced two short-cut documentaries about refugees and immigrants in São Paulo (2010) and idealized and produced "Domingo - Feira Contemporânea" (2013), a project that brought together local creative industries and independent artists in Campinas, SP.
