I understand that there is much more to great design than just looking good. Great design brings together context, creativity, and rationality to produce solutions that solve problems efficiently and effectively. I focus on the concept of “design thinking” to inform an innovative approach to user experience (UX) and product development. My experience spans consumer-facing portals, product design, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, mobile productivity solutions, and employee portals. I am passionate about refining user experience by focusing on usability and accessibility guidelines, standards compliance, information architecture, interaction design, and creative direction.
