This document describes Sweet Jam, a startup event taking place from May 28-30, 2010 in Vilnius, Lithuania. Sweet Jam will bring together 200-300 startup enthusiasts from across the Baltics region for over 60 hours to share ideas and insights through concepts like barcamp, Garage48, and StartupWeekend. The goal is to start a 60-hour "chemical reaction" by pouring startup enthusiasts from countries like Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Belarus, and Russia into a creative environment to pitch ideas, form teams, and build startup prototypes.

How to make a really great Startup Event?
1. Take some coolest startup event concepts barcamp is an open (un)conference Where startup / ICT / WEB / Tech enthusiasts share their experience and insights Garage48 and StartupWeekend are workshops where people pitch their ideas, form or join a team and build a startup prototype over the weekend..all that with mentor asistance BridgeCamp is a forum bridging different communities / markets / industries. People here pitch their ideas & insights, form teams and build cool stuff together (ex. localizing estonian startup project to polish market)
2. Then take 200-500 startup enthusiasts from all over the Baltics Finland Estonia Latvia Lithuania Poland Belarus Russia
