Cheryl Barnard is an educator and leader with more than 25 years of professional experience in the field of Higher Education. She has worked at Assumption College, Quinnipiac College and is now the VP/Dean of Student Affairs at Saint Joseph College in West Hartford where the undergraduate day program is all female (the last catholic single sexed institution in New England).
