Foundation professional working to improve health of older Americans. At the Hartford Foundation I lead development of policy, strategy, and partnerships to advance the Foundation's mission. I manage and coach a team of professionals, support staff, and consultants to advance social change through grantmaking and related activities. Responsible for $20-30 Million in annual grants and operational budget of $700,000.
