Extensive retail brand and marketing experience developed over 8 years of being involved in launching, managing and delivering brands through their life cycle within a business environment. I have managed a retail portfolio of R110 million with a combined services revenue of R200 million. Subsequently I have moved into the Digital Customer Experience field (CEM), within the Financial Sector (being the lead Customer Experience Designer within the Corporate Investment Division), aiding in bringing together the multiple touchpoints of interaction between the organisation and the customer over the duration of their relationship.
