Dr. Can Eksoz is Lecturer in Forecasting & Operations Management at University of Mediterranean Karpasia, TRNC, and specialist of Food Supply Chain Management. Further, he is the Franchising – Sales & Marketing Manager of Kaner Group’s Franchising Division, which is the MFP of Gloria Jean’s Coffees in North Cyprus and the Area Developer of Domina’s Pizza in the region.
He holds his BS.c Industrial Eng. from Eastern Mediterranean University, Famagusta, TRNC, MS.c Manufacturing Systems Eng. from Warwick University – WMG. Coventry, UK, and Ph.D from Brunel University London – BBS, UK. Previously, he was a Teaching Assistant at Brunel Business School, UK.
