My approach is situational; including an understanding of who is the customer and how do they define quality (e.g. flexibility versus high fidelity, convenience versus features, quick and dirty versus polished). I am fortunate to have had experience with a broad set of tools (e.g. Scrum, XP, TSP/PSP, root cause, metrics, design for delight, inspections, prototyping, and architecture) so that my approach is responsive to the challenges ahead.
