Brazil is home to customer service and operations professionals at our Major Service Center in Petropolis, one of four that supports customers worldwide. As Head of Service Desks I am in charge of manage the operational support teams, leading a team of + 50 employees dealing with more than 6,000 customer connections in Latin America. Customers supported out Standard, Extended or Customized Service Desks include leading brands and companies in the region, including Alcoa, Petrobras, Vale, Csav, Vina Concha y Toro, British American Tobacco - Souza Cruz and Wed, including a full range of communications solutions such as networks, security, telephony, collaboration, messaging, conferencing, ...
