I am 48! Born in the 60's at the start of processed food, air travel, TV babysitters, equal rights for women, breast implants, Astroturf, NutraSweet, and even RAM.
But I’ve never been into the hair, nails and handbags thing. Preferring exercise, daring deeds and driving fast. Married with no kids (don’t do kids).
Feeling like a 20er is great but not if you notice some of the things the magazines talk about for old people, like weight gain, lack of energy, wrinkles etc etc. So I had to do something.
