I am responsible for running executive and internal communications for one of IBM’s key growth markets called Central and Eastern Europe. The region is made up 33 countries including Russia, Turkey, Poland and Czech Republic and has an IT market value of $25 billion.  I am responsible for setting the strategic communication direction for the region, support the general manager and his leadership team across all communication matters and lead a team of country communication experts. I work closely with IBM’s worldwide communications teams to drive a global communications strategy.
