I am Internist & Rheumatologist with a Health Communication Phd (c). Associated Professor of Medicine (UN) and the current President of The Panamerican League of Associations of Rheumatology PANLAR (2016-18). My Research interests include rheumatoid arthritis and the use of new technologies for medical education. With more than 80 articles in indexed journals (ISI, Scopus) and 3 books including Challenges to the diagnosis and treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis in Latin America (2006) , i am included as one of the top 500 hundred researchers in my country (http://www.webometrics.info/es/node/70)
