Cassandro Mendes is PhD. in Applied Economics (Statistics and Mathematic), at age 28, from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil). He has been working, as consultant, in some institutions. He has several experiences in economic modeling, and Project appraisal for social projects. He has several, complementary, education in many countries, namely, Canada, Singapore, Sweden, and Spain. He has published some scientific papers in international meetings, and peer reviews. Due his scientific papers, he has been awarded two times.
