What is "CAT-Poo-CCINO"...?
It's a gourmet coffee made from the ripest coffee berries, which has been eaten by the wild civets (LUWAK) of Sumbawa on the islands of Nusa Tenggara Barat. It's very exclusive because the production is limited. The most notable difference is the coffee contains very low caffeine and lacks the bitter taste that it usually has. Yet this full-boided brew is complex, nutty, and utterly smooth.
The aroma is rich and strong.
Our coffee is thick black with a hint of chocolate and lingers on the tongue with a long, clean after taste.
