- Logging (lithology, structure, alteration, RQD's, RMR, orientation quality, and radioactivity) of diamond drill core (1-3 drills) using acQuire core logging software, scinting, docking core, labeling core boxes, moving drill core, downhole gamma probing of underground diamond drill holes, and drawing geological cross-sections
- Also, work on other tasks for the mine geology department, including filling in for the beat geologists/geotechnicians (geological mapping, production reporting, etc.)
