I hate automated machines where you cannot press a number -- instead you have to say "yes" or "representative" to speak to a live person. I think I'm obsessed with traveling. I feel smarter when I walk into Barnes & Noble and healthier when I walk in Whole Foods... even if I haven't read anything or eaten anything healthy :)
