The United Church of Christ Church Building & Loan Fund is a 160-year old resource that offers and promotes financing for the purchase, construction or renovation of church buildings, meeting houses, parsonages/rectories, and other facilities used by churches of the United Church of Christ (or by any Christian church without limitation to sect, denomination or name.) CB&LF is a part of Local Church Ministries, a covenanted ministry of the United Church of Christ.
Working with the congregation and UCC conference, CB&LF assists with technical and planning assistance, loans for site purchases, construction or the purchase of an existing building.
