As an INSTRUCTOR...
I teach Experience Design techniques to those who want to understand their customers, and to uncover new ideas for products and services. Public classes are currently available through Ascend Training. I'm also available to provide on-site training within organizations that would like to increase their focus on customer experience.
Classes at The Starter League focus on a blend of experiences with those in development (front and back end) in an entrepreneurial context.
