Numerical and Analytical modelling of the rolling of a bead over a cell. This is the principle of the magnetic twisting cytometry. It provides mechanical properties of the cell by interrogating the displacement of the bead.
My work consists in :
- Choose a useful software (dealing with license manager, open sources...)
- Establish assumptions (elastic, hyperelastic models...)
- Validate the models with current literature
- Adapt models for possible experiments
- Co-write a paper based on the inverse mechanical problem : find the mechanical properties from measurements
