Although I am interested in many aspects of communication, my expertise is in organizational communication. My research interests include social media usage in the organization; communication processes in virtual teams; knowledge sharing; and communication practices of creative teams. I am also the past president (2006-2008) of the Northern NJ Professional Chapter of the Association for Women in Communications. I spent a number of years as a board member in various position.
