Laishram Chandramani Khumancha is a Software Developer. He is one of the pioneers in the modern day software development industry in Manipur, India. He started his career as a software developer since 1994. He started his own company entitled "Laishram Softwares" in 1998 and developed and marketed many application softwares in and around Imphal.
His work and enthusiasm was encouraged and recognized by the local leading newspaper "the Poknapham" by publishing a detailed article about his work, in 2005, for promoting software development in Imphal. Many government and non government institutions were computerised by himself alone.
