I attend Southwestern University where I am an Education major, EC - 6th, with a concentration in special education. After graduation, I will pursue a M.Ed in Autism & Developmental Disabilities, followed by a PHEL-Ed.D at the University of Texas at Austin. My teaching philosophy is that schools should nurture the intrinsic motivation to learn that already exists within children. With a pedagogue of I-CM incorporated with community based learning, I believe this can be accomplished. I am so blessed for the opportunity to make a difference in children's lives and I am excited about what the future holds!
