Charlene Vales Quezmundo is my Full name; 3rd year student of the St. Dominic Savio College - Caloocan; last May 8, 2012 I was already given a chance to practice SUFFRAGE (right to vote) because I am already 18. My relatives used to call me CHALEN while Some prefer to call me Cha, Char, Ganda (ows!), Cute (weh!)
