Many days I seem to live in an online world, whether working across the Internet with clients and friends or discussing in classrooms and workshops how organizations can improve their online performance. However, when going online one quickly learns the rules are different, and to be successful organizations must understand these new rules. I may be teaching a class, working with a client, or participating in a discussion group, but I always try to give people practical, useful information that they can take back to their own Internet-based projects and businesses.
