Every project always need a target, otherwise we will not know what to reach or accomplish. Every target also need a good plan, because with a plan our work will be more efficient. Eventhough every project will always have it's own problem, that what make it more challenging. As long I still can overcome it I will finish it and of course teamwork very helpfull to finish a project. That's also a reason I like to debate with the team and find better way to finish a project.
