I have had the opportunity to develop and implement various software testing solutions and procedures within an on-line marketing firm. I have implemented Quality Assurance and controls with regards to the service delivery as well as the websites and software.
I have also had the pleasure of working in various aspects of the IBM Integrated Delivery Centre. I have worked throughout the Service Desk, from the front office of the service desk to the training of service desk agents as well as training development and solution development specifically for the support staff.
