I’m a mid-level manager with 15 years of experience in consulting and telecommunications industries. I have a broad spectrum of experience and skills comprising process improvement, customer lifecycle management, product management, loyalty, retention management, performance management and analytics. I spent first 7 years of my career as a management consultant specialising in process improvement and re-engineering for local conglomerates and the public sectors.
