Van and I have been married for 38 years. We were blessed with a beautiful daughter, Vanessa, who we had with us for 19 short years before she was in a fatal car accident. We think of her and miss her every day.
I have been an educator for the past 31 years. I taught deaf ed., special ed, and regular ed. Kinder-9th grade. Then I was an Asst. Principal, Principal, and the Director of Advanced Academics & Program Integration. I developed the Coaching Program for new Principals and served as their coach in a 50,000+ student district for the last three years. I have now retired from Public Education, and am excited about launching my Leadership coaching and consulting company. We liv
