As a Management trainee as per ICSI rules under Pidilite Industries Limited and D A Kamat & Associates( one of the great Practicing Company Secretary firm) and Law graduate, led my self to gain a valuable exposure in the field of legal as well as Company Secretary obligation. My goal is to to pursue a career, which will utilize and develop my Legal knowledge, knowledge relating to Corporate Laws and Various laws applicable to Companies, and various compliances of the Company like compliance relating to the provisions of listing Agreement applicable to Listed Companies , analytical skills & abilities, which will strengthen the areas of my core competence.
