Chiara Bernasconi is Assistant Director in the Digital Media department at the Museum of Modern Art in NYC, working with a team of twelve on the design and production for the museum's website, MoMA.org, as well as interpretative kiosks, digital displays, and mobile applications. Chiara has an MA in Arts administration from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and a BS in Economics for arts from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. When not at MoMA, she has collaborated in participatory events with the collectives linearossa and electric cabbage, has conducted artist walks with the NYC-based organization, Elastic City, and has curated an artists residency in her native Italy.
