I penned and published this back in 1996, its still valid today. They say people are the greatest asset, but the teachings of finance show an asset is used,... consumed and when its passed its use by date sold or dumped. The same financial teachings show investments are nurtured and grown,... until they take a life of their own only needing guidance and direction to thrive. People therefore should be our greatest investment I'm passionate about the things I'm involved with, its either all or nothing no halg harted attempts. I focus of the outcomes and become driven to the point I forget to take a break. I love working with others either in teams or as a singular unit in a group.
