Christopher Henry James was created by Jim Henson in the Fall of 1974. The having been turned away by Mr. Smith for being too much of a drug hoover, the toddler quickly garnered popularity in The Muppet Show, two years before it was first broadcast. His rapid ascension was more than mediaphoric being the small suspiciously-looking-like-a-baby round thing shot from a cannonball at the end of every show. But success is a fickle kettle of rosemary and Fuzzball (as nobody ever called him) was retired at the ripe old age of two and handed back to his adoptive parents - a Welsh vicar and a Micro Machine. Finding himself learning to speak English and with a chronic addiction to anything that mad
